Latest3Dangled on the web: the same editor, in your browser, at 3dangled.com, and free.
Web
- Upload a screenshot (PNG, JPG, WebP or an iPhone photo), drop one in or paste it, pick a device, an angle and a finish, and download a transparent PNG at 1× to 4×.
- Everything is free on the web: every device, angle and finish, custom tints and 4× exports, with no account.
- Every device has its own page that opens the editor on it.
- With no screenshot yet, the device shows just a + on its screen, as in the plugin; click it, drop a file or paste.
- Works on phones too, with a sheet for angles, screen, style and export.
- Light and dark appearance, a default export scale, and reopening on the last angle you used.
- Keyboard: ⌘S or Enter downloads, Escape cancels a download in progress, ⌘V pastes a screenshot, and ? shows the shortcuts.
- After the first download of a visit, a window offers to share 3Dangled (X, Threads, LinkedIn or a copied link; the share sheet on phones) and points to the Figma plugin and AppMockUp Studio. "Don't show this again", or Offer to share after a download in the settings, turns it off.
- Google Analytics, only if you accept it in the cookie banner; Cookies in the settings menu changes your choice. The Figma plugin measures nothing.
Both
- Quiet entrance animations: the page's columns, thumbnails and the device fade in as they load; menus, toasts and notices pop in and out. None with "Reduce motion" on.
- 24 Apple Watches: SE and SE 3, Series 6 to 12 (with the Series 12 Ceramic) and Ultra 1 to 4, each with the band closed, open or off, chosen in a Band menu in the finish dock. Front and Three-quarter are free.
- iPad A16, iPad Air 11″ and 13″ (M3).
- A device with many colours keeps its finish dock inside the stage: the swatches scroll sideways.
- The saved catalog is kept gzipped, about a sixth of the size, so it stays well inside Figma's 5 MB of plugin storage and the browser's.
Plugin
- Crop is now called Fill: the screenshot fills the screen, trimmed to its shape.
- Pro is now $8 a month, or $72 a year.
- With Pro, the device menu no longer tags Pro devices as Pro.
- Request this device now points to @3dangled on X and Threads, instead of writing an email.
